ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By enrolling in any class, program, or membership offered through 8th House Mystery School ("the School," "we," "us," or "our") at www.8thhousemysteryschool.com, you ("Student," "Member," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, Liability Waiver, and Refund Policy ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enroll or access any services offered by 8th House Mystery School.
NATURE OF SERVICES
8th House Mystery School is an online spiritual education platform offering classes, workshops, and community access in subjects including but not limited to astrology, shamanism, metaphysics, quantum healing, tarot, mediumship, sacred geometry, and related spiritual practices.
All classes, teachings, and content provided through 8th House Mystery School are intended for educational, personal growth, and spiritual development purposes only. Nothing provided by 8th House Mystery School or its instructors constitutes medical advice, psychological counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of licensed professional service.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR INSTRUCTORS
All instructors, teachers, guides, healers, and facilitators ("Instructors") who offer classes and content through 8th House Mystery School are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of 8th House Mystery School.
8th House Mystery School does not control, supervise, or direct the specific teachings, methods, techniques, or content delivered by individual Instructors. Each Instructor is solely responsible for the content they provide, the methods they use, and any outcomes resulting from their teachings.
8th House Mystery School makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or appropriateness of any content provided by independent contractor Instructors.
LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE
By enrolling in any class, program, or membership through 8th House Mystery School, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk You voluntarily participate in all classes, workshops, meditations, spiritual practices, energy work, and other activities offered through 8th House Mystery School. You acknowledge that participation in spiritual practices, energy work, shamanic journeying, mediumship, and similar activities may involve physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual experiences that vary widely from person to person. You assume full responsibility for any and all risks associated with your participation.
Release of Liability You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue 8th House Mystery School, its owner Lori Marie, its officers, directors, employees, independent contractor instructors, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm — whether physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, or financial — that may result from your participation in any class, program, workshop, or community activity offered through 8th House Mystery School.
No Guarantees of Outcomes 8th House Mystery School and its Instructors make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding specific outcomes, results, healing, transformation, or experiences that may or may not result from participation in any class or program. Individual experiences vary and no specific result is promised or implied.
Mental Health and Medical Disclaimer The teachings, practices, and content offered through 8th House Mystery School are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment. If you have a medical condition, mental health concern, or are under the care of a healthcare professional, please consult your healthcare provider before participating in any spiritual or energy-based practices.
MEMBERSHIP AND BILLING TERMS
Monthly Membership 8th House Mystery School offers monthly membership subscriptions. By enrolling, you authorize 8th House Mystery School to charge your designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis on the date of your original enrollment.
Members may cancel their monthly subscription at any time after the completion of the first full month of membership using either of the following methods:
Method 1 — Cancel Online (Recommended): Log into your account at www.8thhousemysteryschool.com, navigate to your profile in the top right corner, click "My Account" or "My Subscriptions," locate your active membership plan, and select "Cancel Plan." Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period and you will retain full access to the School until that date.
Method 2 — Cancel by Email: Send a written cancellation request to evolve24productions@gmail.com with your full name and the email address associated with your account. Email cancellation requests will be processed within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.
Regardless of the cancellation method used, your membership will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged for the following billing cycle after a successful cancellation.

First Month Commitment All new members are committed to a minimum of one full month of membership. Cancellations will not be processed until after the first full month has been completed and billed.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. 8th House Mystery School does not offer refunds for any membership fees, class enrollments, digital downloads, or other purchases made through the website, except as required by applicable law.
This no-refund policy applies to:
Monthly membership fees
Individual class enrollments
Digital downloads and resources
Workshop and event fees
Any other products or services purchased through the School
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased content, please contact us at evolve24productions@gmail.com and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the technical issue or provide alternative access.
CODE OF CONDUCT
All members and students of 8th House Mystery School are expected to treat fellow members, instructors, and staff with respect, kindness, and integrity. 8th House Mystery School reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member who engages in harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or any behavior deemed harmful to the community, without refund.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through 8th House Mystery School, including but not limited to class recordings, written materials, guided meditations, and educational resources, is the intellectual property of 8th House Mystery School or its respective Instructors. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share any content from 8th House Mystery School without express written permission.
PRIVACY POLICY
8th House Mystery School collects personal information including name, email address, and payment information solely for the purpose of processing enrollments and providing services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process payments or as required by law. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described herein.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
CHANGES TO TERMS
8th House Mystery School reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
