Tam Dillon

Mentor, educator, and author

Meet Tam Dillon you Evolve 24 Radio

Tam Dillon is a mentor, educator, and author who works with practitioners, healers, and spiritually gifted individuals to bring structure, clarity, and sustainability to their work. Her approach focuses on bridging the gap between the sacredness of a person’s calling and the practical realities of everyday life, supporting practitioners to become steady, ethical, and effective in what they offer.

With over 25 years of experience working with Tarot and spiritual practice, Tam’s work has evolved from professional reading into teaching and mentoring. She spent more than two decades as a full-time Tarot reader before shifting her focus toward education, guiding others to develop their own understanding, rather than relying on external answers.

Her teaching integrates a range of disciplines, including Tarot, yoga, mindfulness, Buddhist philosophy, and shamanic practice. Rather than presenting these as separate systems, she brings them together into a cohesive, practical framework that can be applied in real life. Her work is grounded, structured, and focused on helping people build tools they can actually use, rather than offering abstract or idealised concepts.

Tam is the creator of the Yogic Tarot system, an approach that combines the symbolic language of Tarot with the principles of yogic philosophy to support self-awareness and embodied practice. She is also the author of The Art of Tarot, a guidebook designed to teach Tarot as a tool for self-development rather than prediction, and she continues to develop training programs for both personal and professional application.

Through her mentoring, courses, and teaching, Tam works primarily with those who feel called to guide or support others but lack clear structure or frameworks to do so responsibly. Her focus is on helping practitioners understand their role in a modern context, develop ethical foundations, and build practices that are both grounded and sustainable over time.

Her work is defined by a simple principle: insight on its own is not enough. It must be integrated into how a person lives, works, and shows up in the world.
